In 2025, Elucid worked across six countries in Africa and Latin America. We supported 41,000+ people with improved access to healthcare. Our programs expanded beyond enrolled farming households through mobile clinics, vaccination campaigns, and quality-of-care activities.

The report shares key results and lessons on how supply chain-based health programs can strengthen broader community health systems, how programs perform at different stages of maturity, and what happens when farmer health is treated as infrastructure rather than a cost.
