A group of farmers wearing 'Hershey Health Project' are sitting together and clapping. Hershey, ECOM, and Elucid launch a health program for cocoa farmers in Ghana, enrolling up to 1,500 households in the NHIS through 2028.

In March 2026, The Hershey Company, ECOM, and Elucid launched a health program for cocoa farmers in Ghana. The program will support up to 1,500 cocoa farming households with NHIS enrollment, extra coverage for essential and emergency care, and investments in local health facilities.
